My last week of summer here in the Pacific Northwest has been filled with long days working on our landscaping project but I did take an afternoon off to visit some favorite locations looking for fall planting inspiration. This view is from one of the many of flower beds at Marina Park along the Edmonds waterfront.

Beautiful! I love Black-eyed Susans.
Thanks, so do I! We had lots at our old house and I think I’m ready to plant some here too. 🙂
Absolutely fabulous picture! We have some of these same flowers here, but your colors seem more vivid. http://ohtheplaceswesee.com
Thanks Rusha! It was a lucky shot… we were leaving the park but I pulled over to take one last photo. 🙂
Those are showing SO nicely! I’m ready for fall!
I am feeling ready for fall too! This has been a beautiful summer but it is time to change the seasons again. 🙂

Thanks Nancy! About this time every year I wish I had planted them in my yard. 🙂
A lovely meadow of black-eyed Susans to brighten up the day. Happy Phoneography.
