We spent a fun few hours in Seattle Sunday afternoon watching A Christmas Carol at the ACT Theater and walking through the city looking at the holiday lights and decorations.
I enjoyed our time together away from the usual weekend routines and I think Ryan’s favorite moments were “high-fiving” Scrooge at the end of the show and sharing a bag of fresh, hot donuts with Dad while walking down the street.
Looks like a classic photo! Great b/w image.

Thanks Amy! I was happy with the color version and didn’t think of trying it in b/w until this morning while looking for something to post. I’m glad I gave it a chance. 🙂

Love that horse and carriage, Lisa. Much more elegant than even a Rolls Royce. 🙂

Thanks Sylvia! I’m glad you like the horse and carriage but I wouldn’t pass up a ride in a Rolls Royce. 🙂

Very over-rated, actually. A horse and carriage would attract far more attention these days. 🙂

certainly the subject matter suits black and white. It makes it ageless.

Thanks Irene, ageless is the quality I wanted to achieve. I’m glad it worked!

This looks like a post card! Love the Nordstrom in the background although I cannot afford to shop there : ) I bet they have great window displays?

They do have fun displays and the store in this photo is their Flagship location. It’s a great place to window shop. 🙂

Their flagship store? I tip toe past it : )))

It’s hard to stick to my “just looking” rule!

THATS why I don’t go in because that rule never works for me. What’s not to like in Nordstoms. We have a “Nordstroms off the Rack” here but it’s a challenge! One shoe here….one shoe missing…

Yes, shopping at The Rack is a whole different kind of challenge. 🙂 The flagship Rack is right across the street from this Nordstrom store and it is full of ultra high end designer labels… Another test of my willpower!
