Today’s iPhone challenge is to share a photo that’s processed using apps.  Sally does a great job encouraging every participant in her weekly photo challenges to stretch the boundaries of their comfort zones and try new things with photography so today I decided it was time to finally explore one of the many apps sitting unused on my iPad.  My “waiting to use” app stack is just as scary as my “to be read” stacks of books. 🙂
I have a love-hate relationship with this variety of white Morning Glory.  The flowers are beautiful and they bloom during my favorite time of year but the invasive nature of the vines means they overwhelm my plants in the backyard if I don’t set aside a few hours per week to cut them away from our property line and the neighbors overgrown yard.
I took this photo with my favorite Hipstamatic Lens/Film combination of Jane and Robusta then sat down to really take a look at the editing options available on VSCOcam. Â I’ve heard great things about VSCO and am happy with what I could do here but think it will take me awhile before I feel really comfortable using the app. Â To finish the image I went back to my tried and true Snapseed for some sharpening and shadow adjustment.
