But … I checked out ‘butterfly bush’ on Google (we don’t have such a plant), and I saw a whole heap of shades of purple but not that one … TSK, Lisa ! – thou hast post-produced !!! [grin]

Believe it or not, the Hipstamatic processing didn’t change this amazing purple color, we all stopped in the middle of the street to stare because we’ve never seen one quite like this! The house had two plants with this vibrant shade of purple and then several others in the more traditional colors. I wish I’d gone over to ask them if they knew the variety…
