iPhone Monday 9-8-14

We finished our hike out to Second Beach in Olympic National Park just in time for low tide and easy access to some beautiful tide pools.

      1. They can make it a little while before drying out so the time between high tides is usually just fine and it gives us a chance to see them from a great point of view.

  1. These things are really weird looking. I found a lot of them in the tide pools on a beach I found on the way to Kalaloch. Hard to find ones that didn’t have sand in.

      1. Second beach is a lot of fun. I was looking for new places to photograph and was pointed here. Looking forward to being back in the Pacific Northwest next year to continue my exploration.
