It’s a side area off of the busy part of Pike Place Market, Andra. There are vendor booths at the top section behind my pov and small tables in the lower corner for people to sit and enjoy their food. The old counter in front of the windows is a popular place on chilly days..
It’s nice to hear you like my color choices here, Paula. 🙂 I edited a series of 12 photos from this day and wanted a cohesive look throughout. Even though they are dark I liked the warm colors and soft light. 🙂
Nice work on this series. It really is amazing how peaceful this little corner can feel considering the frequent cacophony just up the ramp. Once upon a time I ate my lunch here almost every single day.
Thanks, Tyrannosaurus. 🙂 This little corner always draws me in and is a welcome break from some of the noise and crowds. Even though I love wandering the arcades “cacophony” is a great word to describe most of the experience. 🙂
Wonderful choice! I will take two, please… 🙂
Sounds nice, Ese. 🙂
With a view indeed! a place like this is perfect for any occasion 🙂
It’s a nice, quiet corner of the market, Andy. 🙂
Always nice to have a place like this 🙂
Looks like a perfect place to me! Enjoy a cup for me too 🙂
Thanks, Becky I will!
Great angle of the photo! Beautiful lighting, and the windows are beautiful!
Thanks, Amy! The old windows are my favorite part of this corner of the market. 🙂
Where is this, Lisa? I’d love to curl up in there a while.

Great view! Looks close to my work 🙂 Which coffee shop is this?
It’s a small seating area at Pike Place Market, Leslie. Close to Rachel the Pig but away from most of the crowds. 🙂 Lucky you to work so close!
I should so love to be able to wander in there for a morning coffee, Lisa – it’s gorgeous !
Thanks, M-R. It is a lovely spot to sit and look out the window. 🙂
I could do coffee there.
I think many of us could do with a little time here, Iris. 🙂
Gorgeous!
Thanks, Lisa!
Cosy in there, fresh outside, Lisa? 🙂 Very inviting!
Thanks, Jo!
Wonderful! Beautiful palette, Lisa!
