From lines to patterns. We see lines and patterns in the world around us, in nature and things man-made. Sometimes we don’t realize they’re there: on the street, across the walls, up in the sky, and along the ground on which we walk.

The contrast between the very straight man-made lines of the marina and the rippled reflection in the water below caught my eye during an evening walk around the Harbor.
This colorful, glass shard mosaic pattern covers three benches around our local farmer’s market. Each bench features its own color scheme providing a fun place to rest and enjoy lunch from the market.
