iPhoneography Monday: Earth Day

Did you know that close to 71% of the Earth’s surface is covered by water? In response to Lens and Pen by Sally’s challenge to share portraits of Nature in celebration of Earth Day I want to post four new iPhone pictures featuring views of the water in Washington State.

These first two images were taken today by my mom Sharon as she walked along the spectacular Columbia River in Vantage, WA.

The next two are from the beautiful Marina Beach in Edmonds, WA.  The park was full of families enjoying this sunny spring evening and I hope a few of them were thinking about Earth Day too.

    1. Thanks, I thought my mom’s texted photos were so great I asked her if I could post them. 🙂 Then I had to run out and get a few of my own! I would love to see a few from Ohio. 😉
