The vendors at our Edmonds Farmer’s Market had an amazing assortment of peppers available this morning . I love their bright, cheery colors and wonderful variety of flavors so of course we ended up with more than one bag for our fajitas tonight!

We visited a farmers’ market today also — the Red Stick Farmers Market in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. So many colorful vegetables and great other things, too, like pastries, flowers, meats, and pecans! I love the bounty of summer! http://ohtheplaceswesee.com

It’s definitely pepper time on the East Coast too. The root vegetables also are ready for harvest. You did a good job of showing the variety. Now I’m off to our Farmer’s Market.
