I don’t know. The last four letters; “noir”, means “black” in French but I don’t understand the beginning. If you write it backwards; “riontonip”, rion is Finnish for “laboratory”.
Bonus points to you, Allan for remembering Snoqualmie and Snohomish from your PNW days. 🙂 This should be two words but it looks like the painter forgot a space between “pinot” and “noir” to mark the grape variety.
