Sue’s newest travel theme, Herd, was a tough one for me and by the end of the week was completely out of ideas. I spend a lot of time by the water, working in my yard and driving on the freeways through Seattle but don’t find myself around herds very often…
John and I met friends at our favorite Edmonds Cheesemonger for dinner Friday night and half way thorough a wonderful Cobb Salad with Pancetta, Grilled Chicken and amazing Bleu Cheese I looked up at the ceiling of the outdoor patio and saw my herd, dancing on the ceiling. If you ever make it to Edmonds I encourage you to stop in at The Cheesemonger’s Table for a great meal or some fantastic cheeses and salami to go.
Great interpretation, and that cobb salad sounds extremely yummy…
