As an antidote to the wet, windy weather outside I’m remembering a sunny day in July and returning to my Shades of Blue series. Today’s post is picture heavy with only a few words so we can all enjoy the pretty blue skies, colorful flowers and peaceful waterfront views from our early morning outing with crab pots and donuts.
Nice!

Thank you, Sally. It was a really quiet morning and we left happy and yes, calm after relaxing on the waterfront with like minded people. 🙂

Gorgeous shades of blue! And we’re in Maine where looking at lobster traps and pots has become a way of life. Would love to see crab pots! Thanks for sharing such pretty sites.

You need to see the blues in Maine — from the harbors to the bays to the ponds — so many gorgeous colors!

I can’t wait! I have a friend here in the PNW who traveled the country as a military kid and says Maine was her favorite state growing up. Now I want to see it too.

Lol, I almost couldn’t see the donuts and then realised they were either in the white bags or eaten. I love donuts and used to eat one each morning before work 😀 Hope winter is going well for you 🙂

Our winter has been wet so far Mabel but I’m thinking a donut might make things better. 🙂 Hope you’re having a great day!
